Course Goal
Before embarking on any business venture, it is important to have a plan. The plan can be very simple or very complex, but there are a few key elements that most contain. This plan will help with everything from marketing, competitive advantages, business goals, to business type. The plan is a reference document that will help you benchmark your progress in your business and that can introduce your business to financiers and potential customers.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to:
- Identify types of businesses
- Identify why a business uses a business plan
- Prepare an outline for a business plan
- Develop a business plan
